vintagelasvegas: Hacienda, Las Vegas, 1980 / 1997. The last of the original resorts on the Strip to expand upwards, the Hacienda had one of the shortest-lived towers: built in 1980, demolished New Years Eve, 1996, along with the rest of the resort.
